Lake Chelan HOme
This was a steep lot to build on but the waterfront access and views of Lake Chelan were worth the effort. We started at the bottom and built the landscaping walls up to the foundation, working our way up the narrow lot, being sure to complete every level before moving up. Because of the shoreline and vicinity to neighbors, getting equipment back in there was next to impossible.
This home features some great living space as well as outdoor decks to enjoy the amazing views. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this home takes full advantage of the daylight basement layout. Open living spaces on the top and lower level are designed to provide a warm place to relax after a day on the lake. A spacious kitchen and bar top island make a great place to spend time together preparing food and entertaining.
It was a big team effort to complete this beautiful home but our excavation crew particularly stepped up big on this build. The retaining walls going down to the waterfront look incredible and are terraced perfectly to allow for a naturally flowing step-path from the top of the main level to the edge of the dock.
Sunnyslope remodel
Modern updates can add new life to dated home. We performed an entire main floor and exterior update of this 30 year old home and made it look like new. The new kitchen is the perfect space to entertain from, leading to an open dining space and living room. New flooring throughout ties the whole level together with plumbing and lighting fixtures that are functional and unique. We turned the master bedroom into a retreat space with a new fireplace and tiled walk-in shower. Completing the project in just a few months, these owners had a space that was like new at the fraction of the time it would take for a new custom build.
simply luxurious
This beautiful custom home features a spacious kitchen, luxurious master bathroom, home office and an oversized 3-car garage. Designed for a large family, it features a main floor that has everything needed for comfortable living. It also has two daylight basement levels that include a second on-suite bedroom, 2 more bedrooms, a media room, second laundry room, area for a home gym and lots of entertaining space. Building homes for families is one of our passions and we could not be happier with how this one came together.
Cabin in the Cascades
This modern take on a cabin was one of the most fun builds we’ve ever had. With a lot of cooperation between the design team, the owners and our build staff, this finish product came together better than any of us could have imagined. With a main bedroom and a bunkroom, the cabin is built for a family getaway into the Cascade Mountains. It has a simple but sleek kitchen open to the dining space and living area, where a cozy wood stove provides warmth and ambiance. The perfect space to escape to for snowy or sunny mountain adventures.
